INSURANCE QUESTIONS

 

Q. If i call my insurance agent or insurance company, will it raise my deductible rate?

A. No, it will not raise your premium. You must verify your coverage so you can be aware of your deductible at the time you call, but to be certain, please refer to your insurance policy.

 

Q. Will filing an auto glass claim count towards my insurance policy?

A. In most cases, insurance companies will not count auto glass damage as a claim on your policy but please contact your agent for more details or we can do it for you.

 

Q. What if I only have liability coverage? What does it cost?

A. Because liability insurance only provides coverage for damages to another vehicle, auto glass services are not covered under your liability policy. With glass coverage, many insurance companies will waive the deductible if you are going to get your windshield repaired instead of replaced. Repairs are 20$ in shop, 40$ mobile. My Guy accepts different forms of payments including cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

 

Q. If your deductible is almost the same than your auto glass it is preferable to pay out of pocket, that way you do not have to place an insurance claim.

A. At My Guy we offer multiple payment options including cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

 

Q. Do I need to contact my agent or insurance company before I contact My Guy Auto Glass?

A. It is the best way to find out what is your insurance coverage but we are here to help you and we can do that work for you!

 

 

Auto Glass Replacement Questions

 

 

Q. How quickly can I get my auto glass repaired or replaced?

A. I can generally get your glass fixed within 1 to 2 business days of your initial contact.

 

Q. Do you offer mobile glass service?

A. Yes! We provide mobile glass repair and replacement services throughout Southern New Hampshire. There are no additional charges to use our mobile services, and we can come to wherever your car is (home, business office, etc.).

 

Q. What kind of parts do you use to perform your glass services?

A. We use all OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) glass from Pilkington's and the highest quality moulding, urethanes and other installation materials. My focus is doing the job right the first time so that you can be confident in your newly repaired or replaced glass.

 

Q. What kind of warranty do you include with your services?

A. I include a full lifetime warranty that is good for as long as you own or lease the vehicle. The warranty covers leaks and air noises, manufacturer defects, stress cracks and molding issues
